The site
This storefront is a description of services, not a contract. A contract only exists when both sides agree to a written scope and quote. Code on our open-source repos is Apache-2.0.
Engagements
Each job runs on a written scope: deliverables, fixed price, dates. 50% of the quote is paid upfront. Cancel any time before the first paid week starts and the upfront half is refunded in full. After that, you can stop at any week boundary and pay only for weeks already used. Care plans renew monthly and can be cancelled any month.
Ownership
All custom code, copy and configs produced for you are yours from delivery, including the repo. We may reuse general know-how, but never your confidential material. Our OSS tools remain Apache-2.0 for everyone.
What we promise
We promise the deliverables in the scope, working as described, with docs and an audit report. We do not promise specific traffic, revenue, rankings or growth outcomes — nobody honest does.
Acceptable use
Don't use the form or our inbox to spam, attack or automate us. Public pages we audit get graded honestly; creators can request corrections or removal any time by email and we act within a day.
Liability
Liability is capped at the amount actually paid for the engagement. We are a small studio; we say so instead of burying it in legalese.
