PRIVACY

Short version: your email is for a reply, not a list.

What you send

When you submit a form, you may send:

Where it goes

Forms are delivered through FormSubmit to the inbox at meetcode99@gmail.com. FormSubmit processes the submission so it can email it; their own privacy terms apply to that transmission. The site is hosted on GitHub Pages, which may keep standard server logs.

The page loads fonts from Google Fonts. That request can expose your IP address to Google. There is no advertising pixel, no analytics script and no cookie banner because the site does not set advertising cookies.

What stays in your browser

The email forms use your browser's localStorage to remember the address you submitted and a referral code if you arrived through a referral link. That lets the page show your spot and keep the referral link stable. It is not a server-side account. Clear site data in your browser to remove it.

The public spot counter and referral counts use Abacus, a free counter service. Those requests contain the counter name, not your email or message.

How it is used

Your email and message are not sold, rented or added to a marketing list. You will not receive a drip sequence because you asked for one audit.

How long it is kept

Emails are kept while the conversation is useful, then deleted when no longer needed. You can ask for deletion at any time and we will remove the message and address from the inbox, except where a legal obligation requires keeping it.

Your choices

Email meetcode99@gmail.com to ask what is held, correct it, or delete it. You can also clear localStorage yourself in your browser settings.

Children

The site is not directed at children under 13, and the forms are not intended for them.

Changes

If this policy changes, the effective date above changes too. Material changes will be noted on this page.

This is a plain-language policy for a small independent project, not legal advice. If you need a formal data-processing agreement for a paid engagement, ask before the work starts.
