TERMS

Plain terms for a small, honest project.

Effective 23 October 2026 · YouLauncher / FastPress Labs

The free audit

You can ask for a free read of your idea, business or product page. It is a short, good-faith opinion, not a full consultancy engagement. It does not create a guarantee of signups, revenue, funding, press or virality.

Paid work

Any paid build, launch sprint or teardown is scoped separately in writing before work starts. The scope, price, timeline and deliverables in that written scope control over anything on this page. Free work does not obligate either side to continue.

AI-assisted drafts

Some research, copy, design drafts and checklists are produced with AI assistance. A human reviews deliverables before they are sent or published. AI can be wrong; you are responsible for checking facts, legal claims and anything you publish.

Your content

You keep ownership of the material you send. You give permission to read it and use it to prepare the reply or the work you requested. Do not send secrets, passwords, private customer data or material you do not have the right to share.

Our content

The site design, brand and written content are © 2026 YouLauncher / FastPress Labs. The code in the public repository is licensed under Apache-2.0; that licence covers the code, not the brand or the copy.

Acceptable use

No warranty

The site and free audit are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. Links to third-party tools are provided for convenience; their terms and availability are their own.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, YouLauncher / FastPress Labs is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from use of the site, the free audit or any draft. For paid work, the written scope may set a different limit.

Privacy

What is collected and how to delete it is described in the privacy page.

This is a plain-language summary for an early independent project, not legal advice. If a paid engagement needs a formal contract, one will be agreed before work begins.
