Privacy

The short version:
no tracking.

This demo has no analytics, no cookies, no pixels and no localStorage. The only data it receives is what you type into the form.

Effective 24 October 2026

What the demo collects

If you submit the form, it sends:

  • your email address;
  • the optional answer to “What are you launching?”;
  • the page URL, a timestamp and the source label “FastPress Start”.

That is all. There is no account, no password and no payment field on this site.

Who processes it

The form uses FormSubmit to deliver the message to FastPress Labs by email. FormSubmit processes the submission on its own infrastructure; see its privacy policy for details. The site is hosted on GitHub Pages, which may keep standard server logs, including IP addresses, for security and operations.

There are no other third-party scripts. Fonts are system fonts, so no font CDN request is made. There is no Google Analytics, Plausible, Umami, Meta pixel or session replay.

How it is used

To reply to you and, if you asked, to send the 15-minute checklist. Your address is not sold, rented, added to an autoresponder sequence or used for cold outreach. There is no newsletter list behind this form.

How long it is kept

Messages are kept while they are useful for the conversation, then deleted. You can ask for deletion at any time by emailing meetcode99@gmail.com from the address you used. I will confirm when it is done.

Your choices

  • Do not submit the form if you do not want to send an email address.
  • Ask for a copy or deletion of your message.
  • Use the GitHub issue tracker instead of the form for public, non-private questions.

If you fork this template

The demo endpoint sends to FastPress Labs. Before you publish, replace config.js with your own form endpoint and rewrite this page for your own practices. Do not claim “no data” if your form provider, host or analytics tool collects it.

Children

This site is not directed at children under 13, and the form is not intended for their personal information.

Changes

If this policy changes, the effective date at the top changes too. Material changes will be noted in the repository history.
