FastPress Start is released under the Apache License 2.0. You may use, modify and distribute it, including commercially, under that license. There is no attribution requirement, although a link back is appreciated.

2. The demo

This site is a demonstration of the template. The copy, audit result and form are examples. The audit score describes this page on the date shown; it is not a promise that your page will score the same.

3. No professional advice

Nothing here is legal, financial, security or conversion advice. The privacy and terms pages are starting points, not legal documents for your business. Have a qualified professional review your own site before you rely on it.

4. Acceptable use

Do not use the template or the FastPress Labs name to:

• mislead people with invented proof, fake reviews or false claims;
• collect data without a lawful basis or a clear privacy notice;
• distribute malware, phishing pages or spam;
• impersonate FastPress Labs, Meet Shah or another person.

5. The form

The demo form sends to FastPress Labs so the example is functional. Do not submit confidential information. If you fork the template, replace the endpoint and update the privacy page. Never put a secret API key in client-side code.

6. No warranty

The template and demo are provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability or non-infringement. You are responsible for the page you publish.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FastPress Labs and Meet Shah are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, data or business opportunities, arising from use of the template or demo.

8. Changes

These terms may change. The effective date at the top will change with them. The repository history is public.
